What is the free quick scan?
A 20-minute call. You tell us where the time goes, and we point out the biggest leaks we hear: missed calls, copy-paste between tools, paper forms, software you pay for twice. If a paid Audit would be worth it, we say so. If not, we say that too.

Why start with an Audit?
The Audit finds what is worth fixing first, so you only pay to build what will save time or money. It costs from $500, and the fee is credited toward a build signed within 30 days.

Do I own what you build?
Yes. Automations, apps, and data live on accounts in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running.

Can you really replace the software we pay for?
Sometimes. If you pay for several tools to do one job, a single custom app can be cheaper over time. The Audit shows the numbers so you can decide.

Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We meet Toronto and GTA businesses in person, and work remotely with businesses across North America.

Do you use Zapier or other tools?
No. We build your automations, chatbots, and apps custom, so you don’t pay for more subscriptions. We only use services that can’t be built, like payments, phone lines, and AI models. Those run on your accounts, and you pay them directly.

How long does a project take?
An Audit takes 1–2 weeks. Missed-call recovery and Store clean-up usually take 1–3 weeks. Bigger custom apps take longer, and we deliver them in small pieces you can test.
